Message	I don't know why Tomei suggests just stuffing that restrictor on top of the old one. I would remove the old one and clean the galley out then install that new one from Tomei. I still haven't figured out why they suggest doing it the way they state on their website. I would take your intake manifold to a machine shop and have them surface or lock it in a mill and turn it down some. Engine is looking good though.
